We completed the supply and installation of approximately 70 m² of Karndean flooring within this new build property. The works included full subfloor screeding to achieve a flawless finish.

We completed full subfloor screeding before supplying and fitting TLC Massimo LVT throughout the open-plan kitchen, corridor, toilet, and utility areas, delivering a seamless and durable finish.

This project involved the supply and installation of a herringbone-style stair runner, with all edges fully taped to ensure a neat and durable finish. Black jubilee stair rods were installed to each step, providing a bold contrast and a high-quality final result.

We prepared the subfloor using a 3 mm self-levelling compound to ensure a flawless base, before supplying and fitting Camaro concrete-effect LVT tiles for a modern, durable finish.

We supplied and fitted this premium herringbone laminate to this project throughout the open plan kitchen and hallway. Matching the laminate up around the island to ensure a flawless finish. This job was finished off with white scotia beading to hide the expansion gap to the skirtings.

We supplied and installed engineered hardwood flooring chosen for its durability, stability, and timeless appearance. The installation was carried out with precision to achieve a seamless finish, delivering a natural, high-end look that is both practical and built to last.
